Website: http://icamsystems.com Business Development Manager - Solutions Location: Noida Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Director Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The position is an Individual Contributor as well as People Manager, Incumbent is expected to be a go-getter, process – driven, result- oriented sales & Business Development Professional. Key Performance Indicators Achieving Sales Quota Month over Month, Quarter over Quarter, Year over Year. Maintaining Healthy Closable Sales Funnel at least 3 times the sales quota. Follow the Disciplined Sales Process (DSP) & Customer Face Time Maintain a healthy mix of existing & new customers. High Customer retention ration Timely Payment Collection & maintaining the AR (Accounts Receivable) Days Responsible for KPI for self as well as for each member of the team Job Responsibilities Analyse & Plan Analysing the addressable marker & making the business plan in consultation with the Manager. Identifying & Analyse the accounts and develop an account penetration plan to increase customer share Manage accounts to represent iCAM capabilities and close orders. Develop account relationships at a senior level Managing the Time for maximum Customer Interaction Analyse trends and strategies of competitors, Report conclusions to the manager Plan key Marketing & Customer Engagement Activities Implement Responsible for selling Solutions and services to assigned customers Represent the company to the customer and customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities Apply knowledge of products, pricing plans, competition, marketing objectives, sales objectives and sales skills to sell company products/services Update customers on new products and technology as related to customer needs Solve customer problems with iCAM solutions Utilise other resources to provide appropriate technical expertise to the customer Coordinate Sales, other product business unit resources as necessary to resolve problems involving pricing, product specifications, warranties and product modifications Provide technical or commercial support to the team at a branch or region level Implement new product launches within accounts Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training opportunities to continuously develop technical skills. Measure Review the performance on the KPI with the Goal Settings Do periodic reviews of the performance & make corrective actions People Manager Ensure that the direct reportees are fully enabled to achieve the goals. Fully support them in achieving their organisational goals & Development Goals Ensuring that the reportees live the organization culture & values. Educational Qualifications Diploma/ Degree in engineering or other related technical field. Higher Education/ MBA in sales & marketing shall be preferred. Experience 5-10 years of Experience. Higher Experience will also be considered Institutional/ Industrial Sales/Government/ Municipal Selling of Instrumentation/ Control/ Electrical Projects/ EPC. Experience of Solution Selling in the verticals of Water/ Solar/ Cement/ Building Management/ Pharma INDUSTRY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE Automation, instrumentation and control systems experience in water waste water, Food & beverages - dairy, Solar, Cement or any allied industry segment.
