We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage the sales team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, proven sales performance, and the ability to develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.

"Key Responsibilities"

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans

Identify potential markets and new business opportunities

Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless delivery

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with market trends

"Skills & Qualifications"

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/managerial role

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to travel for client meetings and business development

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Tech-savvy with good knowledge of CRM tools
