Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
Design visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and consistency.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experiences.
Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Maintain and evolve the design system and brand guidelines.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
