Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in designing responsive web and mobile applications and will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. --- Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product and development teams to define user experience requirements. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts. Apply industry best practices and design standards in layout, typography, and interaction design. Ensure consistency in branding and UI components across products. Communicate design ideas effectively and present concepts to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. --- Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility. Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms. Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD. Solid portfolio demonstrating design process, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
