UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating exceptional digital experiences by following user-centered design principles. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product and development teams to define user experience requirements. - Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. - Designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. - Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts. - Applying industry best practices and design standards in layout, typography, and interaction design. - Ensuring consistency in branding and UI components across products. - Communicating design ideas effectively and presenting concepts to stakeholders. - Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms. - Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD. - Solid portfolio demonstrating design process, creativity, and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.,
