UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design of user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the complete UI/UX design lifecycle across our digital products. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to drive design strategy. - Translating user needs into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma. - Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Building and maintaining a scalable design system and reusable UI components. - Designing responsive, accessible, and brand-aligned user interfaces. - Creating visual assets, marketing creatives, and video content for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite. - Mentoring junior designers and fostering a design-centric culture within the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - 16 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with at least 12 years in a senior or leadership position. - A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design across web and mobile platforms. - Deep understanding of design thinking, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be using a variety of tools in this role, including: UI/UX & Prototyping: - Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Framer User Research & Analytics: - Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze, UserTesting.com Graphics & Multimedia: - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, LottieFiles Project & Documentation: - Jira, Notion, Google Docs, Zeplin Bonus points if you have experience in designing for SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce platforms, familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks, and knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization.
