Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales efforts, identifying and targeting potential clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales goals, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong abilities in Client Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Metrics Reporting
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Understanding of IT solutions or technology-based services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
