Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales team to achieve targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies. The role includes managing sales operations, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring new sales staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Proficiency in sales reporting and operations management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
