Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Thane. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and managing property listings. The candidate will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends and build lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales skills and experience in the real estate sector
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane and full-time
• Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market conditions
