Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Solapur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, analyzing sales data, and maintaining good relationships with key clients.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementing sales plans
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical skills to dissect sales data and sales performance
