Position: Sales Manager – Business Loans Location: Hyderabad / Khammam/ Karimnagar Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in business loan sales Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of business loan products, building a robust customer base, and contributing to the growth of the Business Loans vertical in alignment with Bajaj Finance’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales of unsecured business loans in the assigned region • Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Identify and acquire new customers and channel partners • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team • Ensure end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth disbursals • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in business loan sales (preferably in NBFC or banking sector) • Strong knowledge of the SME/MSME lending ecosystem • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills • Self-driven with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Why Join Us?
