Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Pratapgarh with flexibility for occasional work from home. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective team management, creating and implementing sales strategies, meeting targets, engaging with clients to provide solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will lead a team, monitor their performance, train new hires, and ensure timely reporting to achieve organizational goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of sales strategies, prospecting, lead management, and client engagement.
Proficiency in team management, mentorship, and talent development for sales teams.
Experience with client relationship management and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mind with problem-solving skills and knowledge of sales tracking and CRM software.
Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and work-from-home responsibilities.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; an MBA would be advantageous.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
