Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Pratapgarh with flexibility for occasional work from home. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective team management, creating and implementing sales strategies, meeting targets, engaging with clients to provide solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will lead a team, monitor their performance, train new hires, and ensure timely reporting to achieve organizational goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, prospecting, lead management, and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in team management, mentorship, and talent development for sales teams.
  • Experience with client relationship management and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving skills and knowledge of sales tracking and CRM software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and work-from-home responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; an MBA would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
