Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and expanding the company’s presence in the Machinery / FMCG / Capital Products sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Conduct regular market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.

Track and monitor sales performance, preparing reports for management review.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective sales campaigns.

Ensure smooth execution of sales operations and timely collections.
