We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and expanding the company’s presence in the Machinery / FMCG / Capital Products sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
Track and monitor sales performance, preparing reports for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective sales campaigns.
Ensure smooth execution of sales operations and timely collections.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively.
In-depth knowledge of Machinery Sales / FMCG market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
