Designation: Manager Office Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru Position Description: Appnext is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to lead its strategic sales activities in India. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to own the revenue of a strategic project, educate the market, drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Introduce & educate about Appnext OEM Agency Business and services to potential app developers Launch app developers' campaigns on leading Android stores in India Manage the entire sales cycle from initial reach-out to commercial agreements Own and oversee new partners' onboarding process and lead them to a successful launch Manage long-term trusted relationships, advise and consult your partners regularly Monitor partnership performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, together with the CSM team Provide feedback and insights from partners to enhance Appnext's products and services Required Skills: 3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or a similar role within the mobile app industry A clear understanding of the Indian AdTech Market and vast connections in the industry – a must Strong knowledge and network of the mobile app ecosystem, advertising technologies, and app monetization models Experience with OEMs (Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi etc.) business sales- an asset Proven experience in owning a digital project revenue, from sales to retention You can be autonomous and independent in your role, yet also a team player Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to present complex data clearly and professionally Exceptional Negotiation skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent - an advantage About Affle : Affle is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that delivers consumer recommendations and conversions through relevant Mobile Advertising.
