Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Sales Head/Team Lead with proven expertise in the stock market advisory space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. This role demands a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering client value. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to meet individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Drive performance through motivation, feedback, and effective performance management. Generate and convert leads for stock market advisory services. Monitor team KPIs and daily sales performance, and report to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal company standards. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Train new sales team members on products, services, and sales techniques. Handle high-value client discussions and close major deals when needed. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in stock market advisory sales. Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to drive targets under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing or mentoring sales teams is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
