Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Navi Mumbai office. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, strategize and implement sales initiatives, and develop strong relationships with clients and partners. Your responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also work closely with other departments to optimize sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

• Strong skills in Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and Motivation
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in using Sales Tools and Technology
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Prior experience in the financial services or loan distribution industry is an added advantage
