Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing key accounts. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, conducting market research, and providing customer feedback. Additionally, the Deputy Sales Manager will mentor junior sales staff and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including business development and account management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Related industry experience is a plus
