Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Solar Power Plant solutions, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, and managing the complete sales cycle, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. The role also includes conducting market research, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Negotiation, and Lead Generation
• Experience in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and Renewable Energy Solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar energy sector is highly desirable
