Job Summary-
Haryana Experience: 5–8 years (minimum 3 years in co-working or commercial real estate sales preferred)Industry: Co-working / Real Estate / Hospitality / Business Services Reporting To: Director - Sales / Business Headey Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through aggressive lead generation, conversion, and upselling of co-working space solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets across B2B and B2C segments. Build a strong pipeline via direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Identify prospective clients including startups, MSMEs, freelancers, corporates, and MNCs.
Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure with consistent follow-ups. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and client preferences in the Gurgaon co-working market.
Recommend strategies to maintain competitiveness. Team Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and branding activities. Work closely with the community management and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and updates to management. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in co-working space sales, real estate leasing, or commercial property sales.
Strong network with corporates, startups, and real estate consultants in Gurgaon/NCR. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
