Job Title: Dialer Executives
Location: Kolkata
Job Summary: Dialer Executive to manage and operate our auto-dialer system for outbound calling campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for uploading data, monitoring live campaigns, generating reports, and coordinating with ops to ensure smooth dialer operations and high productivity. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily dialing campaigns using the dialer software. Upload leads/data and monitor call flow. Track agent login/logout and productivity in real-time. Resolve dialer-related issues or escalate to the tech team. Coordinate with Ops for campaign updates.
