Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage auto-dialer (predictive/progressive/manual) campaigns as per business requirements.
Upload calling data, allocate leads to teams, and monitor dialer performance.
Maintain call pacing, retry rules, and campaign filters for optimum utilization.
Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly performance and productivity reports.
Coordinate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot dialer or data-related issues.
Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and timely campaign execution.
Monitor agent login/logout, idle time, and adherence reports through dialer dashboards.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.Good understanding of inbound/outbound call flows and CRM integration.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient in Excel, MIS, and data analysis.
