Dialer Executive

You will be responsible for managing our outbound dialer platform and MIS reporting for tele-calling operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end dialer operations such as campaign creation, list segmentation, and call strategy. You will upload, manage, and scrub data lists to ensure quality outreach and compliance. Monitoring live campaign performance, allocating leads effectively to tele-callers, and collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot dialer and campaign issues will also be part of your role. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining operational dashboards for reporting purposes will be crucial. As a Dialer Executive, you should have a graduate degree in any stream, with an advanced Excel or data analytics certification being a plus. You should have at least 2 years of experience in dialer and MIS roles, preferably in Healthcare, Insurance, Lending, or BFSI domains. Prior experience with dialer platforms such as Teckinfo, Genesys, Exotel, Avaya, or Ozonetel is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with SQL and CRM tools, and a strong understanding of dialer logic are required technical skills. Knowledge of industry-specific compliance frameworks such as IRDAI, RBI, and HIPAA will be advantageous. In terms of soft skills and attributes, you should be detail-oriented with a data-first mindset. Strong communication skills, cross-functional coordination abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. You should also possess ethical behavior, a process-driven approach, and a proactive attitude towards identifying and solving problems efficiently.,
