The company is steadily expanding into UP, UK, MP, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana by offering a wider variety, superior technology, and ever-evolving styles. Ajanta Shoes is committed to sustainable development, highlighted by the inauguration of a 645 Kilo Watt Rooftop Solar Power Plant at its Jangalpur manufacturing unit, installed by Tata Power Solar Systems Limited.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raiganj. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing customer relationships, conducting market research, and leading a sales team. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Team leadership and team management skills
Ability to conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in sales and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the footwear industry is preferred
