Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop visually appealing store displays and window displays that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with VM standards and provide feedback for improvement. Design and implement in-store events, promotions, and product launches that drive sales growth. Analyze sales data to optimize display layouts and improve customer engagement. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or related field (Retail Merchandising). B.Des. degree from NIFT/NID or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
