Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at Stylera & Homera, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through engaging in-store displays. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics. - Designing and implementing seasonal themes, store layouts, and window displays that align with the brand identity. - Ensuring proper lighting, signage, and product arrangement for an engaging customer experience. - Collaborating with the marketing and store teams to create visually appealing promotions and campaigns. - Monitoring and analyzing customer engagement and sales trends to optimize merchandising effectiveness. - Overseeing store openings, promotional setups, and special event displays. - Keeping up with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a fresh and appealing store environment. Qualifications Required: Education: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Canva (preferred). - Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangement, and store layout planning. - Knowledge of visual storytelling techniques and retail display design. Experience: - 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in lifestyle, home dcor, or fashion retail. Personality Type: - Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics. - Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with store and marketing teams.
