Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at
Stylera & Homera. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and
implementing engaging in-store displays that enhance the customer experience and
drive sales. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for retail, and the ability to
bring visual concepts to life, we’d love to hear from you!

Primary Roles and Responsibilities of Visual Merchandiser at Stylera & Homera:
  • Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance
store aesthetics.
  • Design and implement seasonal themes, store layouts, and window displays
that align with brand identity.
  • Ensure proper lighting, signage, and product arrangement for an engaging
customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and store teams to create visually appealing
promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze customer engagement and sales trends to optimize
merchandising effectiveness.
  • Oversee store openings, promotional setups, and special event displays.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a fresh and
appealing store environment.

Qualifications Required for Visual Merchandiser at Stylera & Homera:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design,
Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Canva (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangement, and store layout
planning.
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling techniques and retail display design.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in lifestyle, home
décor, or fashion retail.

Personality Type:
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail
environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with store and
marketing teams.
