Marketing and Promotions: Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with B2B customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Website Management: Ensuring the e-commerce website is user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing. Platform Management: Managing relationships with e-commerce platform providers and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Collaboration: Working with other teams (sales, marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
