Job Description

The B2B e-commerce manager to oversees the online sales and marketing efforts for the company that sells products or services to other businesses. Need to manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer interactions, all with the goal of driving sales and building relationships with business customers. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Developing and executing B2B e-commerce strategies to acquire new customers (A class dealers or distributors,wholesaler), expand existing relationships, and achieve sales targets. Product Management: Managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform. Marketing and Promotions: Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with B2B customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Website Management: Ensuring the e-commerce website is user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing. Platform Management: Managing relationships with e-commerce platform providers and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Collaboration: Working with other teams (sales, marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
