JOB DESCRIPTION You will be a part of the Online team team, and handling marketplace relationship which is one of the key levers to drive top line revenue growth for brand. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for interacting with marketplace partners and helping in scaling up on the platform. Key Responsibilities : Manage P&L, revenue and other key financial metrices for the brand on marketplaces. Onboard brand onto new marketplaces & expand Omni business Collaborate with teams to finalise and evaluate monthly budgets, projects and financial strategies Handlings operations (order fulfilment, Return inward, discount upload and minimising stock discrepancies and preventing product loss during in-transit) Ensure cataloguing of products complete on time Develop and evaluate bi-weekly campaigns to drive sales & customer engagement Track and evaluate campaigns performance, adjusting strategies to optimise revenue growth Coordinate with marketplace account managers to execute all business operations, including advertising, product listing and compliance. Requirements : Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms ( Myntra, Nykaa, TatacliQ, Ajio any ) Strong understanding of financial metrices such as P&L and revenue tracking Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and warehouse operations; Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing and external agencies Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders.
