Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager with 8-10 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing warm leads into hot prospects, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and driving them to closure. This role also involves managing a team of cold callers to secure appointments and leveraging their efforts to create successful business opportunities. With a focus on IT services, the Sales Manager will target markets in the US, UK, and Middle East, requiring a strategic approach to manage cultural nuances and complex sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Nurturing and Conversion :

1. Nurture Warm Leads: Build strong relationships with warm leads, progressing them into hot opportunities ready for closure.

2. Manage MQLs: Effectively engage MQLs from the marketing team, identify their needs, and qualify them as SQLs.

3. Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver professional and compelling corporate presentations, showcasing the company’s IT services and value proposition.

4. Guide prospects through the decision-making process using consultative selling techniques tailored to IT services.


Deal Closure :

1. Develop customized sales strategies to successfully close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

2. Prepare and present detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with clients.

3. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring smooth transitions to internal delivery teams post-sale.

4. Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.


Team Leadership:

1. Manage and mentor a team of cold callers to ensure high-quality lead generation and appointment setting.

2. Collaborate with cold callers to maximize pipeline growth through strategic outreach.

3. Take ownership of leads and appointments generated by the team, converting them into closed deals.

4. Provide ongoing training and feedback to improve the team’s performance and effectiveness.


Market-Specific Strategies :

1. Implement tailored sales strategies for IT services targeting the US, UK, and Middle Eastern markets.

2. Understand and address region-specific challenges and opportunities in the IT services domain.

3. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales approaches.


Collaboration and Reporting:

1. Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and suggest improvements for campaigns.

2. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports, sharing regular updates with the leadership team.

3. Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Qualifications

•Experience: 8-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in IT services sales.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT services industry, including managed services, cloud solutions, data engineering, and digital transformation.

• Market Expertise: Proven success in selling to US, UK, and Middle Eastern markets, with a strong grasp of regional cultural dynamics.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Skills: o Outstanding presentation and communication skills, particularly for technical and IT service offerings.

o Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

o Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Freshsales, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.

o Effective leadership and mentoring capabilities for managing cold-calling teams.

• Attributes:

o Results-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Self-motivated and adept at handling complex sales cycles.

o Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple time zones.
