Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Wardha. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and expanding the dealer network, building strong client relationships, and devising strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. The role involves market analysis, customer acquisition, and organizing promotional activities to enhance market presence, ensuring overall business growth in the assigned region. Regular reporting and cross-functional communication are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proven sales management skills, including setting and achieving sales targets, and identifying market opportunities
Strong ability to build and nurture dealer and distributor relationships while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Experience in market analysis, devising sales strategies, and organizing promotional campaigns
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, with a good understanding of regional markets
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is desirable
Experience in the agribusiness, poultry, or related industries is a distinct advantage
