Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective sales strategy within the specified market scope (global/regional) and maintain it, to improve ABBs market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.The work model for the role is:

Motion Traction Division in Vadodara:You will be mainly accountable for:
- Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.
- Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.
- Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.
Qualifications for the role
- Full time B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in planning & leading sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.
- Drives and ensures knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.
