Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 2–5 Years Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in high-rise residential apartments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the real estate market, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, and walk-ins. Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and present property details effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Guide clients through the sales process including property selection, negotiation, and closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, pricing, and legal documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth transaction processing. Attend property exhibitions, promotional events, and networking opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably high-rise apartments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience with large residential projects or township developments. Knowledge of the local property market and regulatory environment. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English is expected. Compensation: Competitive salary.
