Job Title: Sales Manager – Crane Rental Company
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations for our crane rental services. This position requires an individual with deep industry knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales strategies within the construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and achieving company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, focusing on crane rental services.
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform sales tactics and business decisions.
5._ Sales Forecasting & Reporting:_ Generate detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for senior management, ensuring that targets are met consistently.
6. Negotiation & Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms, compliance with company policies, and timely service delivery.
7. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of crane services, addressing any client issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
