Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. A background in construction, heavy equipment, or related industries is a plus . Experience: 5-7 years in sales, preferably in sales of commercial vehicles, earth moving equipment, fleet services, heavy equipment spare sales/service, equipment rental or equipment/vehicle service industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of crane rental/utilization practices, fleet management, and the techno-commercial aspects of construction and industrial site operations Sales Skills: Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving targets. Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team and target/goal based working. Communication: Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Negotiation: Strong contract negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, challenges and adapt strategies accordingly. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client’s post-deal confirmation, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Manage end-to-end project activities from deal confirmation to successful project completion. Coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth crane deployment and operations. Oversee multiple projects across various locations while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong client communication and provide regular project updates. Handle client queries, ensure prompt issue resolution, and drive customer satisfaction. Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections as per agreed terms. Operational Oversight Supervise repair and maintenance schedules of cranes and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
