Experience: 5-7 years in sales, preferably in sales of commercial vehicles, earth moving equipment, fleet services, heavy equipment spare sales/service, equipment rental or equipment/vehicle service industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of crane rental/utilization practices, fleet management, and the techno-commercial aspects of construction and industrial site operations Sales Skills: Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving targets. Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team and target/goal based working. Communication: Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
