You will be accountable for monitoring the business performance in the country, tracking market developments and trends, and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive profitable business growth in TPU, India by implementing regional strategies - Develop detailed business plans, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Manage overall India TPU direct team cost effectively - Execute the regional pricing strategy - Provide market intelligence for China and their affiliates - Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction - Develop and lead implementation of account plans - Explore, identify and develop new business opportunities and customers - Support the launch of new products at key customers - Lead the sales, local TD/AD & TS organization - Contribute to manpower and succession planning - Align country-specific business strategy and targets with RBU - Contribute to marketing strategies and support regional product launches - Generate ideas and contribute to innovations - Represent the company in trade and professional organizations **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Plastics Technology, Polymer/Materials Science, Business Management - Working Experience: More than 8 years in the chemical industry with sales and marketing experience, more than 3 years of people leadership experience - Technical & Professional Knowledge: Background in engineering plastics or PU or TPU, experience in project management and executions This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth in the chemical industry.
