Job Description

  • Position Title: Sales Intern (Hybrid, Full-Time)
  • Company: Syncretic Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
  • Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Hybrid: Remote + On-site Visits)
  • Experience Required: Fresher / Recent Graduate
  • Qualification: Any Graduate (Management, Marketing, or Commerce preferred)
  • Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (based on performance and availability)
  • Internship Duration: 6 Months
  • Working Hours: Full-Time
  • Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern for our Bhopal office. This hybrid, full-time internship offers practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client engagement, and field coordination. Ideal for individuals aiming to start their career in sales, marketing, or business development within the industrial and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in identifying and engaging potential B2B clients
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and sales calls
  • Conduct market research to support business development strategies
  • Help in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM records and documentation
  • Occasionally visit client sites or project locations (travel allowance provided)
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or B2B customer engagement
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Background

  • Academic background or interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Previous internship, freelance, or campus project experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
