Role & Responsibilities

driving B2B and B2C conversions

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify potential colleges, startups, and SMEs for partnership and hiring collaborations.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and on-ground visits to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and keep records updated in CRM.

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Pitch Syncner’s services to decision-makers (college management, startup founders, HRs).
  • Schedule demos/meetings and handle negotiations to close deals.
  • Nurture relationships to create repeat business and referrals.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track sales metrics (leads, meetings, closures, revenue).
  • Collect feedback to refine pitches and identify market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that convert.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • Passion for sales, networking, and building partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication (English + Tamil preferred).
  • Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, and public speaking.
  • Goal-driven mindset with persistence to achieve monthly targets.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Education: Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business/Marketing/Engineering preferred).
  • Prior sales or business development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
