Job Description

As a Sales Intern at Project Bharat by Hesa, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving real business growth through high-ticket Anchor partner sales. Your role will involve engaging in cold calling and lead generation, pitching the Project Bharat vision to potential partners, and learning and applying sales frameworks and negotiation techniques. Working closely with senior leaders, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas to refine outreach and partner acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in cold calling and lead generation for high-ticket Anchor partner opportunities - Pitch and present Hesa's Project Bharat vision to potential partners - Learn and apply sales frameworks, negotiation, and closing techniques - Work closely with senior leaders and gain hands-on exposure to real-world B2B sales - Contribute ideas to refine outreach and partner acquisition strategies Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Passion for sales and business development - Ability to think on your feet and handle objections confidently - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Students from BBA, MBA, PGDM, or related programs preferred If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Hesa's core Project Bharat team, gaining hands-on exposure to franchise sales, negotiation, and strategy execution.
