Compensation Model Details:
  • Commission Rate:

    10% of the net revenue generated from every successful sale you close.
  • Recurring Payout:

    The 10% commission is paid out

    monthly for the first 12 months

    of the client's subscription/contract. This means you establish a recurring revenue stream for your first year of work.
  • Tracking:

    All deals will be tracked via our CRM, and commission reports will be transparently shared.
  • What Counts as a Sale:

    A contract must be signed and the initial payment must be successfully received by HelixFjord.
Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will be on the front lines of customer acquisition, driving the growth of HelixFjord in the competitive B2B SaaS market.

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification (Marketing):

  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) - businesses with remote or hybrid teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify pain points and strategic outreach opportunities.
  1. Sales Development & Closing (Sales):

  • Initiate contact with qualified prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations of the HelixFjord platform.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiating and closing the deal.
  1. Strategy & Feedback:

  • Work directly with the founder to refine the go-to-market strategy, pitch deck, and sales scripts.
  • Provide essential market feedback to the product and development team (built using Kotlin and Node.js for HelixTrack).
