Location: Nungambakkam, ChennaiPay: ₹6000 per month + incentive on conversion.What You’ll DoMarket Mapping & Lead ResearchIdentify premium gyms, spas, wellness studios, physiotherapy centres, recovery labs, interior designers, and home wellness showrooms across India.Build high-quality lead lists of business owners, architects, founders, and wellness developers.Outbound Outreach & NetworkingConnect with prospects via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone using personalized outreach scripts.Share Biotastic’s retail collaboration deck, pitch the concept, and collect interest for demos or product placements.Follow-ups & Funnel ManagementCoordinate first-level calls, track responses, and nurture warm leads.Maintain an up-to-date partnership pipeline and ensure smooth handovers to the Sales Manager.Events, Demos & ActivationsSupport local product demos, retail activations, and co-branded wellness events whenever required.CRM, Reporting & Campaign SupportKeep CRM records clean and accurate lead status, calls, responses, and outreach outcomes.Help test new outreach scripts, refine targeting, optimize messaging, and track response rates.Research & InsightsPrepare reports on competitor activities, new wellness trends, and collaboration opportunities across regions.What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Someone who genuinely enjoys networking and building relationships.Interest in business partnerships, sales, and retail expansion.Self-driven, persistent, detail-obsessed.Freshers or final-year students preferred background in business, marketing, or communications is a bonus.What You’ll GetHands-on experience in retail expansion, partnerships, and B2B outreach.Direct mentorship from Biotastic’s leadership team.A chance to build real industry connections.Certificate, recommendation letter, and full-time placement opportunity.
