Role Summary
Poornam Technology is a dynamic and growing company providing IT & Non-IT manpower, Facility Management Services (FMS), and Managed IT Services to corporates, MNCs, and large enterprises. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales HR professional to help us expand our client base and deliver staffing solutions across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of clients for manpower contract staffing (IT & Non-IT).
· Pitch and close deals with corporates, MNCs, and large enterprises for staffing, FMS, and managed IT services.
· Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate resources.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, procurement, and operations departments.
· Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
· Prepare proposals, service agreements, and presentations as needed.
· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and lead progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing/recruitment business development, or HR consultancy.
· Proven track record of bringing in manpower contracts or service outsourcing deals.
· Strong understanding of contract staffing models, outsourcing, and managed services.
· Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
· Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a relate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
