In the HR Business Partnering & Operations domain, you will conduct exit interviews, manage off-boarding processes for resignees, and track disciplinary complaints. Your role will also involve driving employee recognition programs and conducting training needs assessments for colleagues in the region, providing input to the Corporate team, and managing training logistics. Furthermore, you will play a key role in ensuring the execution of performance management processes in the stations by facilitating goal setting and reviews.
