As a Talent Acquisition professional in this role, your responsibilities will primarily focus on the following areas: Participating actively in business meetings to understand business requirements and carrying out effective manpower planning to ensure costs are within established controls. Recruiting the best available talent across the region by engaging with line hiring managers and recruitment sources. Identifying and empanelling recruitment vendors, as well as reviewing their performance. Utilizing social media platforms effectively to attract and hire talents for the creative domain. Building campus relations, managing campus visits, internships, and other engagement programs. Ensuring smooth onboarding of new joinees, including handling joining formalities, documentation, and background verification. Key Responsibilities: Conducting exit and stay conversations and managing the off-boarding process for resignees from the region. Tracking and reviewing disciplinary complaints. Driving the employee recognition programme within the region. Conducting training needs assessments for colleagues in the region and providing input to the Corporate team. Managing training-related logistics for programs conducted in the region. Executing performance management in the stations by ensuring goal setting and reviews are closed. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. Ability to utilize social media platforms for hiring purposes. Experience in campus hiring and building relations with educational institutions. Knowledge of onboarding processes and induction procedures. Familiarity with HR business partnering, performance management, and training needs assessment.,
