Job Description

We are looking for a Sales HR Business Partner to support and strengthen our pan-India sales organization. The role involves close partnership with sales leaders, strong field engagement, and effective execution of core HR processes to drive productivity, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales leaders to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness
Understand on-ground people challenges and provide practical HR solutions
Drive performance management and sales incentive processes
Support employee engagement, capability development, and retention initiatives
Ensure alignment with HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute
47 years of experience in Sales HR / Business HR
Experience working with large, geographically dispersed sales teams
Willingness to travel extensively across India

Key Skills

Strong understanding of sales HR and field dynamics
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on, execution-focused approach
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
