About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales function for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will come with a proven track record in driving large-scale sales operations within a real estate developer firm, possess exceptional leadership qualities, and have the confidence to represent the brand at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team across multiple projects and locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and high-value clients.
• Oversee pricing, negotiation, and closing processes to ensure maximum profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide business decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams for effective product positioning and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand reputation throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in sales leadership roles within real estate developer firms.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and buyer behavior.
• Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and manage large teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A confident and result-oriented personality with strong decision-making skills.
• MBA or Graduate in Sales/Marketing/Business Management preferred.
