Key responsibilities

  • Sales and strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Team management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure goals are met.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and industry leaders.
  • Sales performance: Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Compliance and operations: Ensure all sales practices comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs and develop effective sales materials.
