Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kerala, India for the Sales Head position. The Sales Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key accounts. The role involves analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, and ensuring targets are met. Additionally, the Sales Head will be responsible for team management, mentoring sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategic planning
Experience in Account Management and managing key accounts
Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
Team Management skills for leading and mentoring the sales team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the financial sector is a plus
