Designation: Senior Manager
Location: Gurugram
Department: Sales & BD
Experience: 10-15

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase banquet bookings and revenue
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and other potential partners
Identify new business opportunities in the events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments
Create attractive proposals and negotiate contracts in line with company policies
Collaborate with the F&B and Banquet Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events
Conduct site inspections and ensure the property is presented to potential clients in its best form
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to position the hotel advantageously
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
