  • Designation: Manager
  • Location: Gurugram
  • Department: Outdoor catering
  • Experience: 4-8
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for outdoor catering (corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and agencies
  • Create and present customized catering proposals to clients, ensuring competitive and profitable offerings
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the catering department
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends
  • Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry through to event execution, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Conduct site visits and ensure all client needs and logistical requirements are met
  • Liaise with culinary, service, and logistics teams to plan and execute events flawlessly
