· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
· Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team; set clear targets and monitor performance.
· Identify potential clients (residential & commercial), generate leads, and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
· Partner with architects, realtors, builders, and other stakeholders to expand theclientbase.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences to refine offerings and improve pitch strategies.
· Collaborate closely with the design and project execution teams to ensure client needs are met and promises are delivered.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
